Hospitality has been my passion and profession for years. I started my journey in hotels and restaurants, refining my skills on cruise ships—first as a waiter, then advancing to Sommelier after completing my studies. Over time, I progressed to Maitre’ d, leading a slow food, wine, and pairing restaurant at sea.
Through these experiences, I saw firsthand the challenges the industry faces—long wait times, inefficiencies, and missed revenue opportunities. Now, I’m combining my deep hospitality knowledge with AI technology to create innovative solutions and SaaS products that enhance service, boost revenue, and improve guest experiences.
